A joint investigation between The Maverick County Sheriff's Office and the Texas Rangers has resulted in a warrant being issued for Eduardo De Alba on Sexual Assault with a Child and Indecency with a Child charges. Mr. De Alba is known to drive a 2010 Dodge Charger.
