Maverick County Daily Reports-October 04, 2016

Wanted Person-Deputies arrested Ricardo Jimenez early this morning after City of Eagle Pass Police Department officers initially detained him  when a check revealed an active warrant. Mr. Jimenez was taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.

Burglary of Vehicle-A deputy responded to the 3100 block of Siesta, where a complainant reported unknown subject(s) entered his 2002 Mazda vehicle and took the car stereo without consent.

ID Theft-A complainant arrived at the Maverick County Sheriff's Office to report unknown subject(s) had used his personal information to apply for a credit card.

Burglary of Vehicle-A deputy arrived to the 3700 block of Tina after a resident report an unknown subject had entered his vehicle without consent and took a car stereo.

Assault/Family Violence-Deputies responded to the 900 block of Wagon Wheel Road in reference to calls of a family violence in progress. Upon arrival contact was made with the complainant, who reported a verbal argument with her boyfriend led to a physical confrontation. The female subject displayed minor scratches to her arms and facial area and refused any medical attention at the time of the report. The boyfriend in question had left the location prior to a deputies arrival. 

Wanted Person-Francisco Rodriguez was arrested at the international port of entry 1 this evening after a background check revealed an active warrant out of Bexar County. The warrant was confirmed and Rodriguez was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
