Public Intoxication-Deputies on patrol this morning made contact with a male individual found walking along FM1021. The subject, identified as Miguel Angel Perez, emitted an odor of alcohol from his person and displayed unsteady movements. Mr. Perez was placed under arrest on public intoxication charges and was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Burglary of Vehicle-Deputies were dispatched to the intersection of FM1021 and Bibb Street this morning, where a complainant reported her purse has been taken out of the vehicle without consent.
Wanted Person-Selina Flores was under arrest this morning after City of Eagle Pass Police officers initially detained her when a background check revealed an open warrant. The warrant out of Maverick County was confirmed and Ms. Flores was taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Public Intoxication-Luis Alonso Rivas was arrested at the international port of entry 2 this afternoon on public intoxication charges after being detained by CBP agents. He was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
DWI/MVA-A deputy patrolling North Veteran's Blvd. this afternoon witnessed a vehicle strike a curb while traveling at a high rate of speed. Contact was made with the driver, who admitted to having been consuming alcohol. Xiemena Tamara Selallo was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
