Driving While Intoxicated-Deputies on patrol conducted a traffic stop on a 2006 Dodge Charger off of FM1021 this morning. Contact was made with the driver, who displayed signs of intoxication. Marco Antonio Rodriguez was placed under arrest after he failed to perform well on SFTS exams. He was then transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Motor Vehicle Rollover-Deputies responded to FM2644, where a 2011 Dodge Ram was involved in a single motor vehicle accident. Contact was made with the driver, who fell asleep at the wheel and lost control of the vehicle, causing it to roll over. EMS crews were summoned to the scene and the driver refused further medical attention.
