Possession of Marijuana under 2 oz./ Wanted Person-Deputies on patrol arrested twenty-one year old Miguel Angel Garza this afternoon after a traffic stop revealed Mr. Garza had an active warrant out for his arrest. Further, A green leafy substance which later tested positive for marijuana was recovered. Mr. Garza was taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Evading Arrest or Detention- A deputy conducting a traffic stop on a Chevrolet Silverado near the intersection of Eidson and Olmos Street was led on a brief chase this evening when the driver exited the vehicle and fled on foot. Xavier Alonzo Ramos was placed under arrest after being apprehended a few blocks down. He was then transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Wanted Person-Victoria Katherine Moore was taken into custody after a background check revealed an active warrant out of Maverick County. She would be transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
