Terroristic Threats/Theft-Deputies were dispatched to Vanesa Road, where a complainant reported he had been walking on Eidson Road when unknown subjects in a black vehicle pulled up next to him demanding money. The complainant did not have any money at the time and instead handed over his cellular phone.
