Assault, Family Violence-Deputes responded to the 2400 block of Rodriguez Street after fielding calls of a fight in progress. Upon arrival, contact was made with a male subject, identified as Timothy Joaquin Avila, who was involved in a physical altercation with his father. Thomas Avila, Jr, who was found with visible injuries to the facial area, told officers he had been assaulted by his son. Both parties were placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Wanted Person-A background check on Sergio Castilleja at the international Port of Entry #1 revealed an active warrant out of Maverick County. Mr. Castilleja was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Wanted Person-A background check on a female subject filing a report led to the discovery of a warrant for her arrest this afternoon. Blanca Sanchez was taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Wanted Person-Contact was made with City of Eagle Pass Police Department officers this afternoon after they had detained a male subject with an active warrant out of Maverick County. The warrant on Marco Antonio Salazar was confirmed and Mr. Salazar was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
