Public Intoxication-Deputies on patrol this morning encountered a highly intoxicated female subject walking on Frente Street. Contact was made with Maria Estela Romo, who would later be taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Motor Vehicle Accident-Deputies responded to a head-on collision on FM2644 this morning. Upon arrival, deputies witnessed a Toyota with front side damages and a black Dodge pickup, also with front side damages. One male subject was pronounced deceased on the scene and a second male subject involved in the accident was transported to the Fort Duncan Regional Medical Center emergency room for treatment. The Texas Department of Public Safety arrived at the scene and has since taken over investigations.
Wanted Person-Deputies responded to the Maverick County Adult Probation Department this morning and arrested forty year old Jesus Santos Rosales. Rosales, who had an active warrant for his arrest out of Maverick County, was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Theft-A complainant on the 800 block of Christian advised that sometime last week, an unknown female subject entered her residence and stole her K-9 (Boxer).
Theft under $50.00-A complainant on the 3200 block of Del Rio Blvd. told officers that a female subject had entered a store and took several items without paying. The subject, Breanna G. De La Garza, was detained by store employees. She was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
