Assault/Family Violence-Deputies responded to the 200 block of Rosita Valley Road this morning, where a female complainant reported a verbal argument with her boyfriend had led to a physical confrontation. The female received minor physical injuries from the assault. Contact was made with Rene Gomez, who would later be placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Wanted Person-Homero Castro was placed under arrest this evening after initially being detained by City of Eagle Pass police officers when a background check revealed an active warrant for his arrest. County deputies arrived by the Chamber of Commerce and took custody of Castro and transported him to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Theft-A complainant on the 300 block of Sundown reported unknown subject(s) had entered his front yard and took a blue Honda generator without his consent.
