Maverick County Daily Reports-April 1, 2016

Criminal Mischief-A complainant on Falcon Blvd. stated an unknown male actor approached his vehicle by FM 1021 and threw a hammer at the back window, causing it to shatter.

Burglary of Habitation-A female resident on Tina Drive reported coming home from dropping off her son at school when an unknown subject entered her home without consent through an unlocked rear door and took several items and money from the residence.

Burglary of Vehicle-Unknown subject(s) entered a complainant's vehicle on Steven Drive this morning and made off with personal documents and credit cards. The vehicle was reported to be unlocked at the time.

Burglary of Habitation-A resident on Wild Wood Drive told deputies a known male and female entered her residence and took a boiler, refrigerator, jewelry, along with several other items without consent.

Evading Arrest with a Motor Vehicle-The driver of a vehicle seen driving recklessly through FM 1021 this evening was placed under arrest after failing to yield to a traffic stop. Gabriel Reyes led deputies on a pursuit for several blocks before coming to a complete stop. Mr. Reyes was taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
