Public Intoxication-A deputy was dispatched to the Elk Street area after receiving calls of an intoxicated individual in the area. Contact was made with Luis Hernandez, who had a slurred speech and some type of alcoholic beverage emitting from his person. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Motor Vehicle Accident with Livestock-A complainant reported he had struck a cow while traveling on FM2030. No injuries were reported at the time.
