Burglary of a Vehicle-A complainant on Chilo Street reported an unknown person had gained entry into his vehicle and stole several items.
Identification Theft-A resident on Academy Road stated unknown person(s) are using his identity to open an electricity account.
Damage to Property-A complainant on Sueno cirlce reported high winds had caused his neighbor's tree branch to break off, causing damages to his fence and power line.
Public Intoxication-A deputy responded to the international Port of Entry #1 where agents detained a male individual who displayed signs of intoxication. Joseph Bhatty was placed under arrest when the deputy found him in an intoxicated state. He was then transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle/Motor Vehicle Accident with a Fixed Object-A complainant on Tabachin stated an unknown subject had stolen his 2001 Lincoln Navigator. The vehicle also collided into a private fence and caused damages. The Navigator left the scene of the accident before units arrived.
Family Violence/Assault-A male complainant on Mack Circle stated he was physically assaulted by his wife. He further stated she had slashed all four tires to his 2003 Honda Accord.
Assault, Family Violence-A complainant on Alamo Street reported she had been involved in a verbal argument with her ex-boyfriend that led to a physical altercation when he pulled her hair and struck her in the facial area. The male subject fled the area prior to deputies' arrival.
Burglary of Vehicle-Units were dispatched to the 100 block of Whiff Road, where a complainant reported unknown subject(s) had entered her vehicle and took personal documents without her consent.
Recovered Stolen Vehicle-Deputies recovered a stolen vehicle this afternoon after receiving reports of a suspicious vehicle on Canal Street. The check revealed the vehicle had been previously been reported stolen. It was towed back to the Maverick County Sheriff's Office for processing.
Theft-A resident on Tina Drive stated unknown subject(s) entered his property and took his American Bull Dog, valued at approximately $2500.00
Unauthorized use of a Motor Vehicle-A 2002 GMC Yukon was taken from a residence on the 400 block of Balcones.
Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon-A complainant reported a male subject, identified as Leonardo Saucedo, arrived at his residence and became aggresive towards him. The complainant further stated Mr. Saucedo had brandished a knife and attempted to use it on him.
