Theft-A deputy responded to Bison Drive, where a female
complainant reported unknown subjects had entered her property and took
four tires and rims from her front yard without her consent.
Information Report-Deputies
responded to reports of a structural fire early this morning. At
approximately 1:23 AM , units were en route to the 3100 block of
Tabachin, where upon arrival, observed the fire at an abandoned
residence. The City of Eagle Pass fire crews and Fire Marshal were at
the location and took over the scene.
Assault-Deputies responded to the Tom Bowles Detention Center where a complainant stated three known males struck him in the body and facial area.
Assault, Family Violence-a Complainant on Mack Circle reported her husband had struck her in the facial area with a closed fist. Mario Alberto Sanchez, Jr. was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Recovered Narcotics-Deputies arrived at a residence in the Radar Base area where two clear plastic baggies containing a green leafy substance, along with a dagger and two shotguns, had been found. The items were recovered by the deputies and taken to the evidence locker for safekeeping.
Criminal Mischief-a complainant on the 200 block of Linares Street reported that an unknown subject had shot at her vehicle with a bb gun, shattering her window.
Assault-A resident of Nogal Street reported being assaulted by a known male subject while at his residence.
Assault, Family Violence-A complainant told deputies this evening that she had been involved in an argument with her boyfriend that led to a physical altercation in which he struck her on the cheek with an open hand. The subject, George Albert Rosales, was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle-A resident on the 3100 block of La Herradura reported thaty while out of town, an unknown subject had gained access to her 2012 Dodge Caravan and took it without her consent.
