Burglary of Habitation-A complainant on the 2800 block of Frances Gates reported unknown individuals had entered her residence without her consent.

Public Intoxication-Deputies responded to Potro Park this afternoon in reference to an intoxicated male subject, later identified as Arturo Garza. Mr. Garza was found in an intoxicated state and displayed unstable balance. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.

Reckless Driving-A deputy conducting a traffic stop on a Chevrolet Camaro traveling at an excessively high speed (80 MPH in a 45 MPH zone)found the driver to be in possession of a small plastic baggie containing marijuana. Ricardo Ruiz was arrested and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
