Assault/Family Violence-A complainant on Candelario Montalvo reported he was involved in a physical altercation with his common-law wife.
Motor Vehicle Accident-An ambulance traveling southbound on FM 131 early this morning was involved in a single motor vehicle accident after veering off the road. Deputies at the scene spoke with the driver, who stated he was forced to veer after a deer crossed the roadway. The vehicle caught gravel, pushing it into an open property. The driver refused medical attention at the time of the report.
Structural Fire-At approximately 7:51 AM this morning, county units responded to Stockley Road in Quemado, Texas in regards to a structural fire. Contact was made with the homeowner who stated her son had woken her up to inform her that the residence had caught fire. The son, also at the scene, told deputies that some hay may have caught fire, spreading to the barn area and part of the residence. Both subjects were checked by EMS crews but refused further medical attention. Fire crews were able to safely extinguish the fire, however, damages to the barn, the rear of the residence, and a 2005 Ford Expedition were sustained.
Harassment-A male subject reported to officials that a known male subject had harassed him.
