Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon-Units were dispatched to the 3000 block of Rafael Street after receiving reports of shots fired in the area. Upon arrival, deputies were advised that a male subject identified as Francisco Luna had been shot and transported to the Fort Duncan Regional Medical Center for further treatment. The criminal investigations division arrived at the location and has since taken over the investigation.
Theft Report-A complainant on Mariza Street reported she had lent her credit card to her provider. The complainant further stated the known female had taken out approximately $700.00 from her bank account without her consent.
Runaway Report-A female juvenile was entered into computer systems as a runaway after her mother had reported the daughter had left the residence without her consent.
Wanted Person-Deputies arrested a male subject identified as Keven Russel Filip after a background check revealed an active warrant out of Travis County. He was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
