Maverick County Daily Reports-October 31, 2015

Assault/Criminal Mischief-A complainant on Nellie Mae Glass stated he was physically assaulted by a known male subject. The complainant also reported the subject had broken the windows to his 2008 Hyundai.

Criminal Mischief-Unknown subjects broke the window to a residence on Becos Street with an an unknown object, a complainant reported.

Terroristic Threats-A complainant visited to the Maverick County Sheriff's Office to report his step-father had threatened him with imminent bodily injury. He further stated he feared for his safety.

Harassment by Phone/Terroristic Threats-A complainant on Flowers Street reported a known male called him via cellular phone to threaten him with body injury.

Criminal Mischief-County units responded to the intersection of FM1021 and South Veteran's Blvd, after receiving reports of criminal mischief.  Upon arrival, deputies made contact with a female complainant who reported a male subject had intentionally thrown a brick at her 2005 Chrysler 300, breaking the windshield. Contact was also made with Agustin Valenzuela Munoz, who was arrested on criminal mischief charges and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
