Hit and Run-A complainant on Lety Street reported her 2011 black Dodge Avenger was struck by an unknown vehicle, causing damages.
DUI-A county unit patrolling Buena Vista Drive observed a 2005 GMC Yukon with a flat tire and apparent damages to its front left bumper. Contact was made with the driver, eighteen year old Christian Manuel Flores, and further investigation led to Mr. Flores admitting to having been under the influence of marijuana while operating a motor vehicle. He was arrested and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center.
Possession of a Controlled Substance-Deputies on Baltica Street this morning arrested twenty-one year old Erick Alejandro Martinez after it was discovered that he was in possession of synthetic marijuana.
Assault/Family Violence-Deputies responded to the 3200 block of Tesoro Loop in reference to a family violence assault call. Upon arrival, deputies made contact with a female complainant, who stated her husband assaulted her, attempting to strangle her. The male aggressor, identified as Jorge Duenes, was placed under arrest and was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for further processing.
Theft-A complainant on Mariza Street stated unknown subjects had taken his bicylce without his consent.
