Public Intoxication-A deputy was dispatched to Rosita Valley Road and Wagon Wheel Road this morning, where tribal officers had conducted a traffic stop on a 2000 blue Chevrolet Truck. Contact had been made with the male driver, identified as twenty-three year old Fidencio Sanchez, Jr. Several open containers of beer were found and Mr. Sanchez had a strong odor of some type of alcoholic beverage emitting from his person. After further investigation, Mr. Sanchez was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Injury to Child-A complainant on the 600 block of Paco Street stated a known male subject had caused bodily injury to her child.
Assault-A resident on the 3800 block of Fawn Drive reported a known male juvenile had arrived at her residence and assaulted her juvenile son.
Burglary of Vehicle-Unknown subject(s) gained entry into a vehicle on the 3000 block of Tabachin and took several items without the owner's consent.
Deceased Person-Deputies were dispatched to the Faith Ranch en El Indio late this afternoon, after a body of a male subject was found inside the ranch near brush area. Justice of the Peace Smith was notified and pronounced the subject deceased at approximately 7:05 PM.
