Information Report-Units were dispatched to the 1700 block of Dr. Gates in reference to a disturbance. Deputies arrived at the scene to find an intoxicated male subject who stated he had been assaulted.
Public Intoxication-A deputy responded to the 100 block of Sosa, where a complainant reported an unwanted male subject at the location. The subject, Juan Carrizales, was placed under arrest on public intoxication charges and was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle-A complainant visited the Sheriff's Office to report unknown actor(s) had taken their 2002 grey Chevrolet Avalanche without consent.
Assault-A complainant on the 1700 block of Dr. Grates reported to deputies that his neighbor had been taunting his dogs. The complainant further stated that as he approached his neighbors, they began to strike him in the facial area for unknown reasons.
Possession of Marijuana under 2 oz.-Deputies were dispatched to the United States Border Patrol south station, after deputies had detained twenty four year old Alejo Guedea at the Highway 57 checkpoint when it was revealed he was in possession of 2.92 grams of marijuana. Mr. Guedea was arrested and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Burglary of Habitation-A complainant on the 3200 block of Fresno Loop reported that at an unknown time and date, unknown actor(s) had entered her residence and took several items without her consent.
Wanted Person-Deputies responded to the international Port of Entry #1, where a male subject was detained after a background checked revealed an active warrant. Daniel Perales was arrested after deputies confirmed an active warrant out of Medina County Sheriff's Office for burglary of building charges. Mr. Perales was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
