Maverick County Daily Reports-September 20, 2015

Deadly Conduct-A female on the 1700 block of Baltica stated that at an unknown time and date, unknown actor(s) had shot a gun at her unoccupied residence, causing a window to break.

Wanted Person-Deputies patrolling North Veteran's Blvd. conducted a traffic stop on a 2008 Chevrolet. Upon conducting a background check on the driver, it was revealed she had an active warrant out of Austin, Texas for a parole violation. Twenty year-old Esther Medrano was arrested and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.

 Public Intoxication-Deputies responded to the 200 block of Madison Street this evening in reference to an unwanted male subject. Upon arrival, deputies made contact with the complainant, who stated that the male subject had been verbally aggressive towards her. Deputies detected an odor of some type of alcoholic beverage  on the male subject, who was also found to have a slurred speech, bloodshot eyes, and unstable balance. The subject was placed under arrest and issued a citation on public intoxication charges.
