Maverick County Daily Reports-September 21, 2015

Possession of Marijuana under 2 oz.-A status check on a 2001 silver Buick on Oaxaca Street revealed the driver of the vehicle, Cesar Angel Diaz, to be be in possession of a clear plastic baggie containing marijuana. Mr. Diaz was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.

Damage to Property-A complainant on Ruela Street filed a report after an unknown vehicle collided into her fence, causing damages to the property.

Family Violence/Assault-A complainant stated that her daughter physically assaulted her while having a verbal argument.

Family Violence/Assault-A complainant on Zaragoza Street reported her husband had physically assaulted her when she arrived at her residence.

Burglary of Habitation-A deputy was dispatched to the 1300 block of Gazelle, where a female complainant stated unknown actor(s) had gained entry into her residence and took a television without her consent.

Criminal Mischief-A complainant on the 300 block of Crane reported unknown actor(s) attempted to pry open the door to his church, causing damages to the door itself.

Wanted Person-Deputies responded to the Maverick County Adult Probation Department, where a computer check revealed Carlos Aaron Mireles had an active warrant for his arrest on probation violation charges. Mr. Mireles was arrested and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.

Wanted Person-Deputies were dispatched to the United States Border Patrol checkpoint on US Highway 57 after agents advised that a male subject, identified as Erie Tramone Price Blaylock, had an active warrant. A computer check on Mr. Blaylock confirmed an active warrant out of Dallas County on probation violation charges. He was arrested and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.

Theft Report-A complainant on the 100 block of Calle Linda Vista stated that a known male subject had taken the weed eater and lawn mower from his property without his effective consent.

Theft Report-Deputies responded to White Tail, where a male complainant reported that rims and tires had been taken by unknown subject(s) from outside of his residence.
