Maverick County Daily Reports-September 1, 2015

Violation of Protective Order-A female complainant visited the Maverick County Sheriff's Office to report that a male subject, who has a protective order in place against him, has been harassing her.

Public Intoxication-A deputy patrolling Eidson Road made contact with fifty-three year old Arturo Alonzo Garza, who was found in an intoxicated state while walking. For his safety, he was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center.

Burglary of Habitation(Criminal Attempt)-A complainant on Encuentro Street reported to officers that unknown subjects had attempted to gain entry into her residence by opening her side door and window.

Public Intoxication-Deputies made contact with Domingo Rey Hernandez who was found in an intoxicated state while walking on Vanessa Street. For his safety, he was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center.

Motor Vehicle Accident-Deputies responded to Tina and Juanita Street, where a 2008 red Toyota Camry and a 2003 black Dodge Ram collided. Both parties refused medical assistance at the time of the report.

Information Report-A deputy conduction a traffic stop on a 1988 Buick Cutlass revealed that the driver, Salvador Saenz, was an undocumented citizen. Mr. Saenz was then turned over to the custody of the United States Border Patrol.

Wanted Person-A traffic stop on Ella Street yielded the arrest of twenty-two year old Mario Armando Olivarez, who had an open warrant out of Bexar County. He was then transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
