Information Report-Deputies responded to a brush fire near on Rosita Valley Road by Lucky Eagle Road this afternoon, minutes after the 1:30 PM hour. Upon arrival, officers observed several small brush fires in the area. The Eagle Pass Fire Department was on scene to safely extinguish the fire. Arson investigation has since taken over the case.
Wanted Person-Deputies today arrested Jose Antonio Rueda at the international Port of Entry #2, after a TCIC/NCIC database check revealed an active warrant out of Maverick County. Mr. Rueda was then transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Disorderly Conduct-A female complainant reported to officers that a known female had yelled profanities at her and had challenged her to a fight.
