Maverick County Daily Reports-August 27, 2015

Unauthorized use of a Motor Vehicle-A female complainant on the 3100 block of Tina Drive reported that an unknown actor(s) had taken her 2015 Dodge Journey without her consent. The vehicle was recovered approximately an hour later when the complainant's boyfriend, identified as David Arnulfo Morales, arrived at the residence with the vehicle. The complainant went on to state that there were items inside the vehicle that did not belong to her. Mr. Morales was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing. The items in question inside of the vehicle were transported to the Maverick County Sheriff's Office, where they were tagged and stored for safekeeping.

 Theft-A deputy responded to the 2000 block of Boulder Ridge, where a resident reported that unknown subjects had taken items without consent.

Burglary of Habitation-A female subject on the 700 block of Ranchitos Road stated unknown subject(s) had entered her residence without her consent.

Wanted Person-A deputy conducting a traffic stop on Third Street for a minor violation discovered that the passenger, identifed as Armando Pinedo, had an active warrant out of the Val Verde Sheriff's Office. Mr. Pinedo was arrested and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
