Wanted Person-County units were dispatched to the Maverick County Adult Probation Department in regards to a wanted person at the location. A computer check on Jesus Fernando Bosque revealed an outstanding warrant out of the Maverick County Sheriff's Office on a probation violation. Mr. Bosque was arrested and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Assault-A complainant on the 1400 block of Dolch Street filed a report stating a known female subject struck her in the facial area multiple times and began to strangle her, causing her to struggle with breathing.
Burglary of Vehicle-a complainant arrived at the Sheriff's Office Lobby and stated unknown actor(s) gained entry into her vehicle and took several items without her consent.
Wanted Person-Units responded to the international Port of Entry #1, where a database check revealed an active warrant on a male subject identified as Ervey Cazares. Mr. Cazares, who was wanted on aggravated assault charges, was arrested and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Harassment-a complainant on the 800 block of Christian Street reported that her daughter's ex-boyfriend was harassing her.
Theft-A male subject on the 100 block of Arce Lane requested to file a report after unknown subject(s) took money from his residence without his consent.
Disorderly Conduct-A male on the 3200 block of Sueno Cirlcle reported an unknown male pointed a weapon at him for no apparent reason.
Burglary of Vehicle-A female on the 100 block of Sun Valley Trail left her vehicle unlocked and reported unknown subjects gained entry and took approximately $800.00
Terroristic Threats-Deputies responded to the 4100 block of Deer Run Blvd. where a complainant was threatened with serious bodily injury by an unknown male.
