Maverick County Daily Reports-July 29, 2015

Public Intoxication-Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a speeding vehicle on North Veteran's Blvd. this morning, shortly before 1 AM. Contact was made with a female, identified a s Mayra A. Rodriguez, who was found to be intoxicated. She was arrested and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.

Sexual Assault-Deputies spoke with a known female who visited the Maverick County Sheriff's Office in regards to a sexual assault.

Wanted Person-Units were dispatched to the international Port of Entry #1 after a database check on a male subject revealed an active warrant. Lorenzo Silva was placed under arrest for an outstanding warrant charge in Bexar County for possession of a controlled substance. He was then transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.

Wanted Person-Units were dispatched to the international Port of Entry #1 when a database check on a female subject attempting to enter the United States revealed an open warrant. Erica Yakelin Hernandez, who had an outstanding warrant in Val Verde County on theft charges, was arrested and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.

Wanted Person- Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a minor infraction in La Heradura this afternoon, shortly before 5:30 PM. Upon identifying all occupants in the vehicle, it was revealed that one of the occupants, Jose Manuel Hernandez, had an active warrant out the Maverick County Sheriff's Office for possession of marijuana. Mr. Hernandez was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.

Wanted Person-A unit was dispatched to the United States Border Patrol South station, where a male subject was detained on an active warrant. A TCIC/NCIC check on Alexander Carrillo revealed an active warrant out of Bexar County. Mr. Carrillo was arrested and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.

Wanted Person-A traffic stop on the intersection of FM 1021 and Bibb street this evening revealed that one of the occupants in the vehicle, Filemon Perez, had an outstanding warrant out of the Maverick County Sheriff's Office for theft. Mr. Perez was arrested and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
