County units responded to reports of a single motor vehicle accident on Ranchitos Road Saturday afternoon. Upon arrival at the scene, deputies observed a 2007 Ford King Ranch Super Duty truck rolled over on its left side. The driver, identified as twenty-two year old Robert Franco was found trapped under the vehicle. A second occupant, twenty-two year old Carlos Molina, Jr. was found outside the vehicle with visible injuries. EMS and EP Fire Department crews were summoned to the scene for assistance. Mr. Molina was transported to the Fort Duncan Regional Medical Center for medical treatment. Mr. Franco was later pronounced deceased by Justice of the Peace Madera.
