Maverick County Sheriff's Office(PRESS RELEASE)-February 20, 2015
Acting on an anonymous tip, deputies searched a residence in the Las Quintas area of Maverick County last Friday, February 13th. After receiving written consent to search, deputies discovered a small amount of marijuana and .50 Caliber Barret rifle inside the residence. A twenty-three old female was arrested on possession of marijuana charges and the case remains under investigation.
