Sheriff's deputies assisted in a vehicle pursuit on Highway 277 that ended in Carrizo Springs, Texas on Sunday, October 12th. Shortly after 5:20 PM, deputies were dispatched to assist the Eagle Pass Police Department in pursing a Dodge Journey. The pursuit continued into Dimmit County, where Dimmit County Sheriff's Officers were able to stop the vehicle by 9th Street and Eden Street. A juvenile subject was then detained for Evading Arrest or Detention. This case is being investigated by the Eagle Pass Police Department.
