Units were dispatched to the United States Border Patrol station, north sector early Friday in reference to four male subjects detained by agents. Upon arrival, sheriff's deputies spoke with agents, who advised that they came into contact with four male subjects in possession of feed sacks that contained marijuana. The subjects were detained and transported to the Maverick County Sheriff's Office. Deputies also took possession of the marijuana, which was later weighed for a total of 223.3 pounds and was tagged as evidence. This case is under investigation.
