Maverick County Sheriff's Office(PRESS RELEASE)-October 15, 2014
Deputies responded to calls regarding a structural fire on Tuesday October 14, near the 200 block of View Drive. Deputies spoke with the owner of the residence in question, who stated she noticed large amounts of smoke emitting from the boiler room area. The Eagle Pass Fire Department arrived at the scene and was able to extinguish the fire. The amount of damages caused by the fire was unknown at the time of the report. This case remains under investigation.
