Sheriff's Deputies responded to shots fired on Mary Road Sunday evening, just passed the 10:30 PM Hour. Deputies arrived at the residence and made contact with forty year old Ramiro Del Rio, who advised deputies he suffered a gunshot wound to his right shoulder. Mr. Del Rio further stated he was having a verbal argument with a known male subject, which escalated to shots fired. EMS crews were at the scene to treat Mr. Del Rio, who would later be taken to the Fort Duncan Regional Medical Center for further evaluation. This case is under investigation.
