Deputies responded to US Highway 277 North outside of Normandy, Texas Friday morning, after receiving calls of a suspicious vehicle outside a driveway. Upon arrival, deputies observed several subjects outside of the vehicle changing a tire. A license plate check on the 2004 Gray Ford Focus in question revealed the vehicle reported to be stolen out of Val Verde County. The subjects were then detained and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for further questioning. This case remains under investigation.
