Maverick County Sheriff's Office(PRESS RELEASE)-Maverick County Sheriff's deputies responded to a tractor trailer rollover accident on Texas Highway 131 Tuesday, June 10, 2014. Deputies arrived at the scene of the accident at approximately 4:16 PM to mile marker 527 and observed a white Freightliner trailer that had been hauiling blue pvc water pipes rolled over on its right side. Deputies made contact with the driver, who stated that he lost control of the trailer and failed to regain control, causing it roll over. The driver was checked by EMS and refused further medical attention. The Texas Department of Public Safety took over the accident scene.
