A Public Service Anonoucement from the City of Eagle Pass

The City of Eagle Pass Public Works Department will start the repairs of Willow Ridge Drive from Willow Trail Street to Bibb Drive on March 26, 2014. During Construction, no through traffic will be allowed. Barricades will be set up during construction to control traffic flow. Provisions will be made to allow neighborhood residents to access their homes.

During construction there will be heavy equipment, dust, and noise in and around the construction area. We recommend that cars not drive over the fresh oil, unless necessary, and if so, to drive slowly over the oil. We ask for your cooperation in obeying all traffic signs, including flagmen assigned to the area. No parking will be allowed on the right of way during construction. If vehicles remain on the right of the way during construction, wrecker service will be utilized at the owner's expense. Sprinklers will not be allowed to be left on over night during the period of construction. Failure to abide will lead to a citation to Municipal Court.

It is the intention of the Public Works Department to finish the construtction as quickly as possible  but there may be unforseeable delays due to the actual condition of the in-place materials. Cooperation from all residents will also enhance the construction.
