Maverick County Sheriff's Office (PRESS RELEASE)-Deputies responded to a motor vehicle accident on El Indio Highway Sunday afternoon, after a vehicle rolled over on its side. Deputies arrived to find a white 1996 Chevrolet Lumina rolled over on the side of the road and attempted to make contact with the driver, identified as Diego Galvan. The driver appeared to be intoxicated and was arrested on DWI charges after becoming aggressive with officers during questioning. Mr. Galvan was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
