Deceased Person-Units responded to southern Maverick County near the intersection of FM 1021 and FM 2644 this morning, where US Border Patrol agents reported locating human remains at the location. The remains appeared to be those of a male subject and Justice of the Peace Smith was summoned to the location to declare the subject deceased at approximately 11:38 AM.
Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle-A complainant on the 800 block of Madrono Drive reported her 2016 Jeep Commander was not at her residence. The complainant also reported her son had observed a known female subject drive off with the vehicle without consent. A formal report was filed.
Information Report/Recovered Narcotics-Deputies were dispatched to the 100 block of Erline Road this afternoon in reference to a possible overdose. Upon arrival at the location, EMS crews were present to provide treatment for a seventeen year old male subject. Deputies then located a small clear plastic baggie containing two pills appearing to be xanax/alprazolam, in plain view next to the subject. The seventeen year old was transported to the Fort Duncan Medical Center for further treatment and the narcotics were bagged and and taken to the MCSO evidence locker. A formal report was filed.
