Assault on a Public Servant/Assault-A county unit responded to Nicolas Street this afternoon in regards to a possible disturbance. Upon arrival, investigations revealed a male subject identified as twenty year old Abraham Cisneros placed his family members in fear of bodily injury. Cisneros was taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing. While in transport, Cisneros began to spit saliva at the deputy and was also charged with assault on a public servant.
Criminal Trespass-Deputies this afternoon were dispatched to Abeto Circle after a complainant reported a known male subject had attempted to gain entry into his residence. The subject, Raul Fernandez, was located a few blocks from the residence and was charged with criminal trespass after a check revealed he had previously received trespassing warning. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
