Burglary of Habitation-A unit responded to the Quemado area of Maverick County this morning after a resident reported she arrived at her home to find it had been ransacked. The complainant further reported the unknown subject(s) had entered through the rear entry of the home, causing damages to the door frame and bolts. a storage shed outside had also been damaged. A formal report was filed.
Criminal Trespass/Theft-A deputy responded to the Family Dollar on FM1021 this evening after a known male subject had taken several items without paying. Contact was made with the subject, forty-three year old Sergio Saldivar, who had previously been advised not to return to the store. Mr. Saldivar was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
