Daily Reports-December 12, 2020

Public Intoxication-A traffic stop on a 2015 Ford Mustang for speeding this morning led to the arrest of twenty-three year old Jaime Alejandro Rodriguez after he was found in an intoxicated state. Upon initial contact, Mr. Rodriguez  emitted a strong alcoholic odor from his person and admitted to deputies he had been consuming alcohol prior to the stop. He was then transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.  

Public Intoxication/Possession of Marijuana under 2 oz.-Deputies this morning arrested two male subjects this morning after a traffic stop on Memo stop conducted on Memo Robinson Road found the driver in an intoxicated state. Contact was made with twenty-two year old Tristin Suke, who had a strong alcoholic odor emitting from his person. Mr. Suke admitted to having consumed alcohol prior to the stop. A safety pat-down conducted on his passenger, Samuel Correa, yielded the discovery of a clear baggie containing marijuana in his jacket pocket. The two were taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.  

 Theft-A complainant on the 100 block of Park Street reported a known male subject took her five year old pit bull from the location without her consent. A formal report was filed. 

Information Report-A deputy responded to an alleyway on Tina Drive in the Siesta Acres sector of Maverick County this afternoon after two juveniles were involved in an ATV accident. Upon arrival at the scene, deputies observed an all-terrain vehicle rolled over on its side and a male and female juvenile subject on the ground with visible lacerations and blood markings. EMS crews were summoned to the scene and the subjects were transported to the Fort Duncan Regional Medical Center for further medical treatment. Preliminary investigations revealed the female subject lost control of the ATV, causing it to flip over. A formal report has been filed. 

Assault/Family Violence-A female complainant reported she had been involved in a verbal argument with her boyfriend which escalated into a physical confrontation. The female stated she had been inside a hotel room when the argument ensued and her boyfriend rushed at her in an aggressive manner, placing his hands on her and pinning her down. She further stated the assault later continued when she arrived to drop off his vehicle. The subject displayed reddish markings on her neck and arm area. A formal report was filed. 

Wanted Person-Fifty five year old Gustavo Garcia, Jr. was arrested at the international port of entry 2 this evening after agents at the port advised a background check revealed an open warrant for his arrest. The warrant out of the Dodge County Sheriff's Office on felony rape charges was confirmed and Garcia was taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
