Evading Arrest with a Motor Vehicle-Deputies were led on a a brief pursuit this morning when the driver of a 2010 Dodge Journey failed to come to a complete stop at the intersection of Potro Street and Lago Vista Drive. The pursuit led deputies through the Loma Bonita area and continued onto Eidson Road, as the driver continuously disregarded traffic signs and the safety of other drivers. The chase came to an end when the vehicle stopped at a residence and several subjects fled the scene on foot. Deputies gave chase and a search of the area led to the apprehension of several subjects. US Border Patrol agents were summoned to the scene to take custody of the subjects after it was revealed they were undocumented citizens.
Burglary of Motor Vehicle-A complainant reported unknown subject(s) had entered his 2001 Chevrolet Van found stationary on Mesquite Street and took several items without consent. A formal report was filed.
