Wanted Person-Thirty year old Guadalupe Davila was taken into custody at the international port of entry 1 this morning after agents alerted he had been detained when a check returned multiple active warrants for his arrest. The warrants, out of the Denver County Sheriff's Office on sexual assault charges and out of the Colorado Department of Corrections for a parole violation, were both confirmed and Mr. Davila was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon-A complainant on Calle Encuentro reported she was involved in an argument with a known male subject who physically assaulted her before displaying a weaponing and threatening her. The male subject then left the location prior to a deputy's arrival.
