Duty on Striking Structure, Fixture, or Highway Landscaping-A county unit responded to the 2000 block of Boulder Ridge shortly before 3 AM this morning after a vehicle which struck the property fence of a residence had fled the scene. Contact was later made with the Jorge Gabriel Sotelo, the driver of a 2017 Chevrolet Equinox, who admitted to leaving the scene of an accident because he felt it was safer to do so. Mr. Sotelo was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
