Public Intoxication-A unit responded to the international port of entry #2 shortly after 2 A.M. this morning, where agents at the port had referred a 2009 Ford Mustang into secondary inspection after noticing several open containers inside the vehicle. Contact was made with the driver, thirty-five year old Denise Marie Tamayo who admitted to having consumed alcoholic beverages while in Piedras Negras, Mexico. Ms. Tamayo was taken to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing and later issued a citation for public intoxication and open container violation.
