Resisting Arrest-A deputy patrolling FM 2030 this morning made contact with a couple who was observed having a possible altercation. A male subject identified as Ignacio Alberto Rodriguez began acting in a combative manner upon receiving a safety pat down and a brief scuffle between Mr. Rodriguez and the deputy ensued in the midst of attempting to restrain him. He was eventually placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
