Maverick County Daily Reports-March 03, 2020

Possession of Marijuana under 2 oz./Resisting Arrest/Disorderly Conduct-A deputy responding to a disturbance in the Loma Bonita area this afternoon was in the midst of issuing a citation to a male subject when he observed the subject hand his father what appeared to be marijuana. The subject, later identified as nineteen year old Presley Estrada attempted to run from the scene but was quickly apprehended by the deputy and was taken into custody. He was then transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing. 

Wanted Person-Twnety-eight year old David Guevara was placed under arrest at the international port of entry 2 this evening after agents at the port reported a a check revealed an active warrant. The warrant for Mr. Guevara out of the US Marshals Service was confirmed and he was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
