Motor Vehicle Accident-A break malfunction on a 2005 Chevrolet 2500 travelling inside a private ranch this morning caused the vehicle to rollover, sending two of its occupants to the Fort Duncan Regional Medical Center for medical evaluations. This case is under investigation.
Family Violence/Assault-Deputies this evening arrested thirty-two year old Juan Manuel Hernandez on family violence assault charges after it was revealed he had physically assaulted his sister in the midst of a verbal confrontation. He was then transported to the Fort Duncan Regional Medical Center for processing.
