Theft-A complainant on the 2700 block of Barrera Street reported unknown subject(s) had entered his property and took several items without consent. A formal report was filed.
Wanted Person-Deputies were in contact with City of Eagle Pass Police officers this afternoon after they had detained a female subject whose background check had revealed an active warrant out of Maverick County. The warrant on the subject, later identified as Yolanda Rodriguez was confirmed as active and she was taken into custody before being transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Wanted Person/Possession of Marijuana under 2 oz.-Deputies on patrol conducted a traffic stop on a 2007 Ford Mustang for a minor infraction on Memo Robinson Road this evening. Contact was made with the driver, twenty-five year old Jose Juan Lopez, who immediately advised deputies he was in possession of a small baggie containing marijuana. A background check further revealed multiple warrants for his arrest out of Maverick County and the US Marshals Service. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for further processing.
