Maverick County Daily Reports-December 12, 2019

Wanted Person-Jaime Esequiel Hinojosa was taken into custody this morning after Maverick County Adult Probation officers initially detained him when a check revealed an active warrant on burglary charges. The warrant out of Maverick County was confirmed as active and Mr. Hinojosa was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.

Wanted Person-A county unit responded to the Maverick County Adult Probation Office this afternoon after officials reported detaining a female subject when a background check revealed an open warrant. Zelda Galindo was taken into custody after the warrant out of Maverick County was confirmed. She was then transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.

Hit and Run-A resident on the 2800 block of FM1021 reported her 2010 Chevrolet Traverse had been parked in the parking lot of an apartment complex when it was sideswiped by an unknown vehicle, causing damages. A formal report was filed.

Motor Vehicle Accident-Units were dispatched the intersection of Loop 480 and FM1021 shortly after 8 P. M. this evening where a driver travelling on Loop 480 reported her front tires suddenly started shaking, causing her to lose control of the vehicle, which ended up rolled over off of the road. EMS crews were summoned to the scene and the driver was transported to the Fort Duncan Regional Medical Center for further evaluation.
